Service scope
ResumeAI provides automated resume analysis, document checks, job-description matching, and AI-generated career feedback. It is not a resume builder, employment agency, recruiter, legal adviser, or guarantee of interviews, employment, compensation, or hiring outcomes.
Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account, and use only files you are authorized to process. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Acceptable use
Do not upload malicious files, impersonate another person, probe or disrupt the service, bypass usage limits, misuse provider access, or use the service to make unlawful or discriminatory employment decisions.
Your content
You retain ownership of your resumes, job descriptions, and reports. You grant the service only the limited permission necessary to store, extract, analyze, export, and delete that content at your direction.
AI limitations
AI observations can be incomplete, subjective, or incorrect. Scores are broad decision-support signals, not facts or hiring predictions. Review every recommendation before using it, and never treat generated wording as proof of experience you do not have.
Availability and changes
This is an independently operated portfolio service. Features, limits, providers, and availability may change, and the service may be suspended for security, maintenance, cost control, abuse prevention, or provider outages.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as-is and without warranties. The operator is not responsible for employment decisions, lost opportunities, indirect losses, provider outages, or actions taken based on an analysis report.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your analyses. Access may be limited or terminated for misuse, security risk, violation of these terms, or circumstances that make continued operation impractical.
